The Retreat

Branding With Emotion presented by Greg Hoffman, former Chief Marketing Officer of Nike and the creative mind behind some of the most legendary campaigns in the world, was a transformative experience that left participants inspired and equipped with cutting-edge branding strategies.

 

Over three incredible days, attendees learned directly from one of the industry's most creative minds, gaining insight into the principles that have shaped Nike into an iconic global brand.

The retreat began on Day 1 with an elegant meet and greet, where participants connected with one another in a collaborative, dynamic environment. The evening set the tone for what was to come, as relationships were built, ideas were exchanged, and the foundation was laid for three days of deep learning and growth.

Day 2 saw Greg leading immersive sessions where participants explored how to transcend what their products do and express their brand's unique personality. Greg shared his expertise on leveraging the channels of paid, earned, shared, and owned media to elevate brand presence, while encouraging participants to incentivize risk-taking and curiosity within their own business cultures. The discussions also delved into launching innovation and building authentic brand partnerships—cornerstones of Nike’s enduring success. The day concluded with a relaxed backyard grill dinner, where attendees had the chance to unwind and continue conversations in a more casual setting.

On Day 3, the retreat concluded with a special ceremony. Greg personally presented each participant with a signed certificate, symbolizing their completion of the program and the invaluable insights gained. A photo session with Greg provided a lasting keepsake from the retreat, capturing the essence of an unforgettable experience.

Those who attended left the retreat not only with a deeper understanding of branding but also with a fresh perspective on how to inspire innovation, take calculated risks, and build meaningful partnerships. It was truly an event that transcended the ordinary, leaving an indelible mark on everyone involved.
