The Retreat

The People & Culture with Prasad Setty, former VP of People Operations at Google, was a transformative event that left participants with a deeper understanding of building a thriving organizational culture amidst rapid change. Hosted in October 2022, this three-day masterclass provided attendees with exclusive insights from one of the world’s leading experts in driving organizational performance and fostering innovation through people-focused strategies.

Day 1 began with an elegant meet and greet, where participants connected in an engaging, collaborative setting. Relationships were quickly built, and the foundation for the sessions ahead was set as attendees prepared for an intensive learning experience.

On Day 2, Prasad led powerful discussions on scaling culture during rapid change, emphasizing the importance of creating a compelling work environment to attract and retain top talent. He shared how Google cultivated a culture of collaboration that breaks down silos, inspiring participants to rethink their organizational structures. The day concluded with a relaxed backyard grill dinner, where attendees continued their discussions in an informal setting, building connections and exchanging ideas.

The final day, Day 3, focused on driving organizational performance while simultaneously developing employees and fostering personal growth. Participants explored strategies for motivating impact through rewards and recognition, learning to tailor these elements to their unique organizational cultures. The day ended with a closing ceremony where Prasad presented signed certificates, symbolizing the participants' successful completion of the masterclass. A photo session with Prasad provided a meaningful keepsake, capping off an incredible three-day journey.

Attendees left the masterclass with not only a wealth of actionable strategies but also the confidence to lead their organizations through change, drive performance, and create cultures where people thrive. It was an empowering event that provided the tools to reshape how companies think about leadership and collaboration.
